Return and Exchange Policy

You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange if:

Product Issues: The item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. All products must be unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective seals intact.
Size or Specification Mismatch: If the item received does not match the ordered specifications.
Unsealed Packaging: If you receive an unsealed or opened package, notify us immediately to validate any claims.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our representative with the necessary details. If the conditions are met, we’ll arrange a pick-up at your location or guide you to the nearest exchange point.

Additional Guidelines:

Sale or discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the received product does not match your order.
Exchanges for slight color or appearance variations due to lighting or screen settings are not allowed.
Applicable only for orders within Pakistan.

Non-Returnable Products:

Vape flavors, liquids, and consumable items due to safety and hygiene.
Certain lighter accessories may also be ineligible for return if opened or used.

Damage/Defect Claims: In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please provide clear evidence (photos or videos) within 3 days of delivery. This step is crucial to address the issue. Once proof is received, our team will promptly investigate and ensure a suitable resolution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How Do I Apply For A Return?

To return an item, please email us at support@vapenflame.com or contact us on WhatsApp at 0323-3276774 with the return reason and order details.

There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to the nearest Vapenflame outlet for an exchange. Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be requested to send the received parcel with the label to the provided shipper address.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
